Intrinsic to our collective memory, the work of C.A. Archivists in their efforts to collect, preserve, catalog and curate their respective Area or District C.A. archive and/or records repository helps to establish and maintain our identity as a Cocaine Anonymous members and tell us stories to help us to understand of our fellowship, both locally and globally—focusing our C.A. identity and facilitating C.A. Unity.
The History of Cocaine Anonymous Group was founded August 14, 2026 and is an OPEN meeting of Cocaine Anonymous dedicated to making the history of Cocaine Anonymous accessible to all C.A. members and to provide a context for understanding C.A.’s progression, principles and traditions.
We are a fellowship of C.A. historians, archivists and C.A. members who believe that to fulfill Tradition Five, we must protect the future of Cocaine Anonymous by preserving our past, our legacy, and our record of carrying C.A. message of “Hope, Faith & Courage” to the addict who still suffers.
The History of Cocaine Anonymous Group meets the 3rd Sunday of every month at 11:00 am Eastern | 4:00 pm UK for camaraderie and discussions about establishing an archive and an archive committee in our respective Areas. Furthermore, the History of CA Group provides an interactive forum to explore our archival challenges and highlight our accomplishments.
